Pros (+) Our 5th stay at Arlo and nothing has changed since our last visit - it’s still perfect! Location, room, staff all amazing. I recommended it to everyone, particularly if you’ve never been to New York before.

Pros (+) This is a great little hotel in a good location, the room was small but comfortable and clean, and the views from the rooftop bar are breathtaking. One thing to note is they advertise a daily $15 credit for food/drinks included in the rate, but it’s actually a 15% discount.

Pros (+) View from rooftop terrace is a major draw and provided you are > 21 it is a nice spot in the evening. Rooms are compact but comfortable.
Cons (-) Cafe corner was closed. Only the diner was available. Staff was very good at reception but quite unpleasant at the diner on our first night so we did not return. The credit provided was not applied to our bill correctly either.

Pros (+) Location. Front desk team.
Cons (-) My final night, with my "Still Dreaming" notice hanging o u side my door, I was awakened before 7:00 AM by a Housekeeping person with cans oF water I did not need or request. I was rudely awakened an hour before I had planned to rise and had my sleep interrupted for no good reason! It ruined a good stay and lowered my overall appraisal of my stay.
