the views from the rooms are amazing the design is just next level the food at the restaurant and at the rooftop bar is too tie extra point for providing with bath salt and bubbles
the annoying sound that’s constantly there around the hotel i think it’s the one that keeps mosquito away or something but it was so loud:( the sound isolation in the rooms is not the best
The hotel is impressive from the moment you arrive, tucked into lush jungle outside of Ubud. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful - everyone from the front desk staff through to the restaurant staff. The hotel markets itself as a sanctuary, and in many ways it is a blissful retreat from more populated areas, however the rooftop restaurant had music playing each of the four nights we were there, so instead of being a peaceful retreat we had the forest noise overlayed with more of a party vibe. amazing resort/villa complex. tucked away in the jungle area it added ti the scenery and relaxation feeling. the staff were amazing, pool facilities were both beautiful. the food was great and breakfast every morning was a great selection. the bar staff on the rooftop terrace bar were great, made excellent cocktails and friendly.

Everything was perfect! The staff is amazing. Best hospitality I have had in years. Food was amazing, room was amazing and comfortable. Massage was the best!
Only flaw is the tv’s were not smart tvs. Other than that I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.
Everything! They upgraded my room to a villa, the villa was of course great. The hotel in general very well maintained, clean and modern. The staff were kind and helpful. The common pool was great. Big enough to swim and it’s nice to enjoy the view. Breakfast was with lots of choice. The roof top is with a rice field view.

Exceptionally peaceful and beautiful location, lovely villa and extremely friendly, kind and personable staff.
This hotel is located not far from the city center of Ubud. It still provides a great jungle like vibe. Rooms are great and the views towards the pool and jungle is amazing. There is a good energy overall. Staff is incredible friendly.
It would have been great to have a gym. Everything is good in the hotel. The rooftop bar is a bit pricy for Bali. Generally speaking it is a great hotel.
Super resort and an extra bonus was how nice the staff were. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay
