Staff were extremely nice - friendly and very accommodating. Farid checked us in. He is pleasant and was very patient with us. Uzeyir was also very attentive and helpful. Restaurant staff were very accommodating too.. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would happily book again when we visit Baku next time.
Clean and staff is good, for the most part.
Paper-thin walls, you can hear people in another rooms just talking and watching TV. It’s difficult to sleep. Location is not great, it’s far from everything.
