The location is the best. Close to the main area of the city, walking distance from restaurants and the main Plaza. Also a good view from the vulcans.
The rooms in which we stayed, on the 3rd floor, were quite noise because they were located just under the rooftop. We could hear chairs and people.
The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to the center of the town (Plaza de Armas). The room was nice, bathroom clean and spacious.

Brilliant location and rooftop/room views were amazing! Loved having the room minibar available to purchase on the spot - so pleasing to see this as lots of hotels have removed since covid and I miss them!

Amazing location close to all tourist attractions, literally 5-10 minutes walk. I extended my stay there and from my second smaller room the views were the best in the city just like the picture on the advertising and the views of the city from the rooftop wow wow wow. I had 2 rooms the first was extremely noisey from the sound of someone moving furniture all night to the load music but it was also the weekend so not necessarily the hotels fault. I was so tired from my day trips it didn’t bother me too much and I am a light sleeper.Read more
The clean room with good bed and balcony. Also the location and the view from the balcony are great. It is also very nice to have breakfast of a drink at night at the the roof terrace.

The rooftop hotel bar and restaurant was fantastic. We arrived on the last day of the Premier League season. We were exhausted after hiking the Inca trail and needed a few hours to relax. The manager Mihail, and two employees,(Alexander and ?) spent 20 minutes figuring out how to get the Everton game for us. We relaxed, had some drinks and enjoyed the game. It was just what we needed. Extraordinary looks everywhere. Wonderful terrace. Luxury finish of every piece of furniture, appliances, lender, towels, etc. Great fresh food, including breakfast

Location is excellent, lobby is beautiful
Rooms are very mediocre, balcony view to the cathedral means view to a parking lot and to one of the cathedral towers if you tilt your head around, dinner at the rooftop was bad (food and service)
