Pros (+) The staff were so helpful, the ambience was relaxing with musicians playing in the main reception area. The rooms were very comfortable and super clean. The whole hotel including the rooftop bar, room and spa felt luxurious. Easy walking distance to all top attractions and in area with plenty of restaurants for the evenings

Pros (+) The property is in an excellent location, it’s right beside St Stephen’s Basilica but is set inn a quiet street that can only be accessed by authorised vehicles. The hotel is beautiful which you can see from the moment you walk in. You’re always greeted by friendly door staff and the hotel lobby area is welcoming. Pros (+) The Hotel location was very central, with restaurants and shops nearby. The 'hop on, hop off' bus stop and metro are within 2 mins walk. The room was superb with morning and evening servicing, toiletries and towels all included. (nice big bath and separate shower both en-suite). The hotels indoor pool and leisure area was the best I've ever used (and I've travelled/stayed 5* quite a bit).
