Cons (-) very bad service, I stayed for 10 days but the room was not cleaned, reported to the reception every day and many times a day but it was not done, too disrespectful to customers. The towels were very smelly and dirty

Cons (-) There was not one person at the accomodation that spoke a word of English, not even at the reception desk which I felt led to poor service.

Pros (+) We liked this hotel a lot, even extended our stay here. Pro: Large rooms, very nice roof top pool, friendly staff and most important for us: very quiet. No street noise, no noise from neighbours. Had good sleep here. Overall good value for money
Cons (-) Con: Breakfast wasn’t great to be honest. But that’s unfortunately everywhere Location is 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the Center. We don’t mind walking so it was no big deal for us.

Good services , staff do good job, specialy ms Tinh , friendly , nice to talk to everyone , that reason my family stay in areca hotel 1 month, thank you Ms Tinh and all staff , a day before we check out feb 26/2/2025 , we left our room at 9:00am , we back to my room at 11:30am have 2 housekeeping women and a security man waiting us then let we now about we left more than 20.000.000vnd on the table...
