Pros (+) The place is beautiful, with lots of lounge areas for sitting and taking in the magnificent views across the lake. The team are all very friendly, the food is fabulous ..will definitely be back.

Pros (+) The view, and the overall peacefulness that surrounded the hotel and restaurant was exactly what we needed. The hotel host and the burly Bruce were both gracious and welcoming. We had a great time.

Pros (+) Came here for tranqulity and access to the Wild Atlantic Way. What a wonderful stay. Drove to the Connemara National Park nearby, perfect. A little pricey but will certainly rejuvinate you! Staff were wonderful, very family-like.

The restaurant has outstanding food with views of the bay. Our suite was large with everything well planned for our comfort & had the largest beds I've every had in Europe. Pros (+) Friendly staff and great views and facilities. Nice common rooms to sit in. Filling breakfast if decide to eat there - was included in my booking. On-site free parking.
Cons (-) Quite a bit out of town, though some would see that as a bonus. Two flights of stairs to get to my room, though others only had one flight - I had a heavy suitcase so difficult to carry up. Size of key chain.
