Pros (+) The room was very nice but too expensive for the size of it. It was very small that when we had to set the two suitcases on the ground it was very difficult to walk around them. The views were exceptional from the room. The breakfast was very good. The selection of pastries was delicious and I asked for an omelette they provided.

Pros (+) Room was excellent and very well equipped for our stay. The view was simply spectacular from the large window out into the country side. Breakfast was excellent as were our other meals in the Rakas Restaurant.

Pros (+) Amazing atmosphere and views. I like the concept of the hotel. Very tasty breakfast and restaurant.
Cons (-) Rooms are a little too small, also the staff at the reception is doing its job but they didn’t feel as friendly as in other 5* hotels. But most of all I was disappointed about an extra charge of 280€ for the sauna for only 2 hours. Usually the spa is always included in hotels. Especially in Lapland you want to warm up after the cold weather but paying everyday extra for sauna was not reasonable in...

Pros (+) The natural setting-location.
Cons (-) Booked three suites, requested close proximity to each other - only two were. One suite didn’t have the welcome chocolates or shampoo provided in the other two. The plumbing in the bathroom needs attention-in need of repair. Following dinner in Rakas, found coats and hats dumped in piles on the floor rather than where they had been hung. Too many children.
