Nothing at all to complain
The property was lovely, so romantic. I would have loved to stay forever. Clean, amazing landscape, staff so professional and nice
Clean atmosphere and surroundings, super comfortable room , great view outside, creative glass/treehouse. All sorts of toiletries, bathing gowns, slippers, umbrella, torch, and lots of towels were provided too. A beautiful bunk bed was there too. Extremely good staff. Kind, cooperative, and at our service. A car drops and picks up from the treehouse and vice versa. Lavish breakfast and customised ...
Though it was a room with a kitchen, very few utensils were provided. All cutleries but no knife. It's just a small pan and tea pot. Maybe good for boiling noodles, eggs, and pasta. For one night's stay, it was ok. But the whole purpose gets lost if you are there for a few nights and think you can cook yourself as you are booking a room with a kitchen.Read more
Beautiful setting
Not worth the price
We visited on our way to North Lapland. It was very end of the season but everything was still on full steam, restaurant, breakfast, room service: no problems.
To be fair, in our pet cabin we still found snacks from the previous resident so cleaning must of been a little quick but other than this no other complaints!
This was our 2nd stay - we went back because it was so amazing. The staff are fantastic, the food is fantastic, the location is superb. I’m sure we will be back again !
Lovely rooms and great view. Great location if you are okay with staying a little away from the town on the mountain side. Nice breakfast. Limited options but Tasty dinner. Very helpful and smiling staff. I was lucky enough to experience strong Northern lights right from the comfort of my room.
Hotel staff were unable to switch off the road and bright lights when the auroras were visible.

Nothing to dislike
The room was very nice but too expensive for the size of it. It was very small that when we had to set the two suitcases on the ground it was very difficult to walk around them. The views were exceptional from the room. The breakfast was very good. The selection of pastries was delicious and I asked for an omelette they provided.
The size of the rooms are very small.
