Pros (+) Clean, elegant and well maintained. Staff are very accommodating, professional and helpful. Tousif was lovely and food at the restaurant was delightful.
Cons (-) Srinagar has electricity issues, the generator going on and off can be a little annoying. Property has hot cold water, but the rooms have issues with mixing water to desired temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, we have 3 rooms booked, all had the same issue
