Pros (+) The service was excellent! The bed was comfortable, good size.
Cons (-) The room was too dark, even with all the lights on. The windows were frosted so we could not get and light from outside

Pros (+) The room was very nice. Clean, and spacious.
Cons (-) The air conditioning didn't work, and neither did the ice machine on the floor I was staying on. I slept very poorly because it was so warm in the room.

Pros (+) The hotel was more beautiful than expected. The lobby was beautiful. The room was great. I wish I could've tried the restaurant.
Cons (-) The pillows on the bed were a bit flimsy, so the bed was as comfortable as it could've been but it wasn't bad. I slept well.
