The rooms, although small, had all you need and the bathrooms were great.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
Location, staff, atmosphere
Not enough storage
The staff and the quality of the room decor furnishings. The room was appointed well and truly amazing. We understand New York hotel rooms can be small, for this room every inch was well thought out with nothing overlooked. In a word “outstanding”.
The room size. Would have been better if it was just maybe a little larger.
The location is perfect and the staff are friendly and helpful (special shout out to Tracie at reception for helping us with the subway). This is our third time staying at The Archer and it did not disappoint, we will be back.
The location is incredible, a 1 minute stroll to Bryant Park which is nice for a coffee etc, and the subways and locations around manhattan are very reachable. The staff were really helpful and gave us a room high up as requested, and every day we’d come back to a spotless room with little cupcakes as a surprise (4th July)
The rooftop bar doesn’t open until 4pm (you can’t even gain lift access there until that time) but that’s not really a negative just an observation.
Fabulous hotel, in a perfect location. The Skyglass bar is amazing with an incredible view of the Empire State. What makes this hotel is the friendly staff they just can't do enough for you. It was my 50th birthday and I had a lovely card and cake in our room. A very welcoming hotel.
Love the Archer Hotel We had a fabulous stay at the Archer Hotel! Even before we left home, we were receiving emails welcoming us. Great hotel. Excellent location as allows for both Up, Mid and Lower town exploration. But the best thing was the staff who were absolutely delightful.
Room was a little small but that's standard for NYC.
The room appeared brand new. Spotless and elegant. Front desk staff was charming.
Location allowed walking to the High Line , Penn Station and theatre district.
Staff was so accommodating and nice!
