I love the entry and the location of the hotel. Breakfast was nice.
The beds were very uncomfortable, and we booked a room with a view, but we didn't get any view. Our widow overlooked pipes. The floor heating didn't work in the bathroom.
Fantastic building and well looked after, bang in the old town but also quiet and private. Gorgeous interiors and lovely and friendly staff.
Great location, in the city center. The room is great for the money, very tasty breakfast with a touch of national cuisine, which is really cool :)
We specifically took a room with a bathtub, and in the bathtub everything was fine with the water pressure. The room also had a separate shower, but for some reason the water came out very weakly.

Cosy, lovely staff, great breakfast. Room really comfortable and everything spotless. Location is central to everything.
Shower wasn’t the best, no temperature control.
The location was par to none. It was right in the Old Town, walking distance to each and every attraction. Since the Old Town is a pedestrianised area, the fact that the hotel is in the Old Town itself is quite fantastic. In fact, we only caught a taxi to visiting Hrad Devin which was too far away to walk; the rest, even to Slavin which was not in the Old Town area was still not that far away. It ...
The breakfast was quite lacking for a 4 star hotel. There was not much variety and when they ran out of a particular item sometimes you had to personally flag them to replenish it. The hotel room and the hotel were very very nice. The spa was great too.
The breakfast was good although the eggs were a bit over cooked. The location was perfect
