Pros (+) The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the showers worked well. I would stay here again if I'm in Ararat again.
Cons (-) Not the fault of the owners, but I heard the trains very early in the morning using their horns.

Pros (+) The room was clean, appropriately furnished and functional. Its location was off the main road so it was conveniently located but not with significant traffic noise. Parking was under a verandah with a lovely grape vine trimming which was practical and attractive.
Cons (-) The verandah was practical but could exclude vehicles that were higher than normal e.g. had something on a roof rack.

Location is good just next to the highway. It’s a good place to have a rest for the road trip.
