Everything was amazing. This is my second stay in one year and I want to make it a yearly trip! The staff are lovely, the facilities are great, the setting is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. There is nothing to fault. Special shout out to the girls at the spa! The treatments are incredible and they are so lovely. Our girls Margot, Yudelina, Cristina, Nairuth, Yesica.
What an oasis outside the town, down a rock road to the huge gates at the entrance, beautiful property, very welcoming, food was excellent, fabulous spa and great service form the staff
Its isolated so you need to go into town for any extras

We liked everything but there are a few advices😊Restaurant and bar could be decorated and lighted more « creative ». Just to add some Peruvian colores. Better care about the garden will lift up the place even more! To fix the road to come this beautiful place would be great!

Whats not to like !! This is truly an amazing hotel filled with so much history set in beautiful lush gardens . It has everything you could possibly want . Large gym , amazing spa , swimming pool with hot tub ,a museum and a cinema with popcorn 🍿 . The most friendly and helpful staff who were amazing in every way !!!!!

The grounds were beautiful, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It is one of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had!

The site is located in a beautiful setting, staff takes care of grounds in the main area very well.
I didn’t like the way we were treated by front desk, the room was for four people in our family but it was set up for 2 people. We arrived late and it took multiple attempts to get the room prepared for 4 people. Also, the hotel charged my credit card twice ( second time after the stay) and would not admit the wrongful double charge for the same stay.
