We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We were very helped during 4 days by the manager Marina Romero in organizing many of our requests. The comfortable beds , the jacuzzi in the room, we also enjoyed the jacuzzi outdoors and the bonfire.
The food was too expensive. I had to ask for the kids menu and the bar menu ( which had other affordable options) were not offered the first night I ordered dinner.
Everything was amazing. This is my second stay in one year and I want to make it a yearly trip! The staff are lovely, the facilities are great, the setting is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. There is nothing to fault. Special shout out to the girls at the spa! The treatments are incredible and they are so lovely. Our girls Margot, Yudelina, Cristina, Nairuth, Yesica.
What an oasis outside the town, down a rock road to the huge gates at the entrance, beautiful property, very welcoming, food was excellent, fabulous spa and great service form the staff
Its isolated so you need to go into town for any extras

We liked everything but there are a few advices😊Restaurant and bar could be decorated and lighted more « creative ». Just to add some Peruvian colores. Better care about the garden will lift up the place even more! To fix the road to come this beautiful place would be great!

Whats not to like !! This is truly an amazing hotel filled with so much history set in beautiful lush gardens . It has everything you could possibly want . Large gym , amazing spa , swimming pool with hot tub ,a museum and a cinema with popcorn 🍿 . The most friendly and helpful staff who were amazing in every way !!!!!
