This hotel is beautiful inside! The entire staff from the front door, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful. The room is nice and comfortable. Excellent experience, really kind and helpful staff, helped us to deal with altitude sickness. Hotel itself has oxygen supply in the bathroom, and can also provide big oxygen bottle to the room, you can use it overnight. Breakfast is great, facilities great. Everything is excellent. Will definitely choose this hotel again if we go to Cusco in the future.
