The room was ok, clean and with balcony. Wifi resonable.
No hotel amenities in the bathroom, minibar empty and unplugged, electric kettle but no sugar and tea bags, no bottled water, for water you need to exit room at a water filter dispenser. Absolutely amazing. The hotel has great facilities, indoor spa and pool, outdoor pool, children playground and more. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Free parking and very close to the beach.

The WiFi is slow when the hotel is full
This hotel was the best. The staff (receptionist, waiters, cleaning lady ...) were all so kind and humane. The room was clean, big, comfortable. The beach was close to the hotel and there were plenty of sunbeds. The food was great, varied and tasty.We would love to return to this hotel in the future. Thank you for all.

Very clean and well organised. Very friendly staff and helpful with any request. Very good food and lots of drinks at the bar. The room was very big and well equipped for 2 adults and 1 baby. The beach is 50m away, but it was very nice and clean.
The hotel and everything inside was really great, but there are few minuses. They have no parking, so i had to find on the street. They don't have a bar on the beach, but they allow to take drinks from the hotel's bar. You feel isolated in that location since there is nothing to see in Kranevo (a ruin).
The food, I got some bacteria which made all my family vomit and have diareea.
Very nice, modern and clean hotel. The food was also delicious.
There should be more sunbeds on the beach as they are not enough for both hotels.
