The resort looks good... well-maintained, organized, and the staff is very nice. It's not exceptional, but the value for money is quite decent. Would I come back? I’m not sure... probably not... but more because of the tourists, not because of the resort itself.
I wouldn’t have much to complain about regarding the resort... the food was rather basic… enough, but quite basic… or maybe my expectations were too high. a lot of noise… but I don’t think that’s something I can really blame the resort for…
The property has everything you need. Big rooms, great welcoming, diverse menu, very present personnel. The hotel is clean and fresh, restaurant big enough and they have free parking. We used also the tennis and football courts.

The room cleaness was poor. The food variety: there were very few Helal dishes, sometimes only pork and chicken was served during diner...beef was missing.

Great hotel, great Aquapark. Overall good hotel. Food was okay, expected more diverse food.
No water in the hotel to drink overnight, you have to buy it. The a la carte restaurant was impossible to book, they said they have available slots right after we checked out. But to be honest we didn’t see that many people booking it. The video games from downstairs quite a few of them were broken so we lost the coins in vain. No warning that they were broken.
Excellent facilities! Plenty to do in the premises of the resort. You wont get bored in a 7 days trip.

Food can be tastier but it is good enough for an all inclusive and there are a lot of options
Breakfast was freezing. No room to sit and criticise the cold food.
Staff and food. Tell the staff to smile and stop acting as though they have bought the ice themselves
