Breathtaking views, excellent service, amazing staff

The view was exepctional. The team was very polite and helpful. There was no issue they could not solve. They were accomodating in so many ways, even gave us take away breakfast on our early departure to the airport.
The view was heavenly and customer service was excellent, from our arrival to departure, I was impressed by how much attention to detail and how clean the room was. Just an excellent stay all together
All good but the amount of the stairs you have to take but it was worth it for the view
Everything was great. The staff was amazing. The food was wonderful. Plenty of food portions never left hungry. Anything we needed we received even when we needed information or help booking ATVs photo shoots rides to restaurants. They even brought me cake and ice cream with fresh fruit and wine and sung happy birthday!! We wanted a room with a jacuzzi and got upgraded immediately! Definitely reco...

Excellent caldera view We were upgraded and treated like kings We were picked up by the manager with grooms for luggages, free laundry services and additional special touch of love that I have never seen anywhere that I stayed

The view is breathtaking. The property is clean and well taking care of. The manager Xrusa Renta is very attentive and generous. all of her staff are very helpful and happy to assist you at any time. The breakfast was delicious and fresh the food in general is very tasty, carefully prepared.
The views, service, and friendly staff were outstanding, with a special mention of Chrysa Renta, the Operations and Concierge Manager, who was excellent.

The host chrysta was great..she is always available on whats app to assist on choosing a restaurant or to go to places to if you need anything in the room .. excellent service..the view was amazing ,but u cant enjoy the view from ur bed room .
Room is too small for the price, small pool is not hot at all ..may be becoz of the december weather as the pool is outside. u cant have any view from the room .. u need to step outside the room to enjoy the beautiful caldera view.
