The owners care about their guests in a very personal way and made us feel at home. They helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Heliodoro organized a private tour to Torres del Paine with a great driver/guide. The room and the whole house are spotlessly clean and the hotel is furnished in a very charming way. A very rich breakfast was prepared for us every morning.
Be aware that you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel. Taxis are available and not expensive, but in hindsight we would probably have preferred to rent a car

Very, very comfortable. Owners who are excellent attentive hosts. Quiet location on outskirts of the town with great views. Wonderful individually served breakfast.
Access to the property is via a very bumpy, unpaved roadway.
It was a unique and interestingly decorated property and reflected the owners’ personal travel and collection of beautiful eclectic pieces. The owners were also very personable, warm and helpful in guiding us in planning our trip to see the sights. The road leading to the property gate was bumpy with potholes.. it needed resurfacing.. but to be fair, many roads needed resurfacing, including one leading to Torres Del Paine.Read more
The breakfast was really great, more than I could eat. The location was really good but helpful to have a car to get into the centre of town. Our hosts Helio and Luz were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views. I really enjoyed my stay there.
The breakfast is super awesome, the view from the room is also gorgeous. Very friendly stuff and the owner have a very good taste of decoration.

Perfect stay! We were treated in a very special way by Heliodoro and Lule, the couple who own the hotel, and Paula. Heliodoro planned and made reservations for our tours and the car we rented. They helped us with everything we needed. Definitely: it's like being at home with all the support a tourist could need. We won’t forget those days and hope to meet you again, Heliodoro and Lule.

This hotel is just like a fine art museum. Everything is fantastic. The view is awesome. If take a taxi, the location is no problem
