Nice surface. Ok breakfast buffet.
Only surface. Little quality and rather worn down hotel. Breakfast took very long waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino. The scrambled eggs was terrible
The warm friendly greeting from the staff on arrival was lovely. The staff were very helpful. Check in was fast, efficient and everything was explained to us. Someone took us up to our room and explained where everything was and how the heating/air conditioning worked. We were allocated a twin room close to the lifts and our room was for a person using a wheelchair with a walk in shower, a pull do...
The small wheelchair lift next to the stairs leading up to the reception has broken down at the front of the hotel. The staff escorted us around the hotel through the step free entrance but it is a long walk around the hotel. My only real concern is the lifts going up to the rooms. Really good size room. Comfy bed.
We were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely but on the ground floor and the corridor outside was very noisy, very echoey.
Excellent location, really handy for Tower Hill Tube and fairly central in the city. Short walk to the river and Tower of London. Comfy bed and a good size, food was good and not badly priced and drinks weren't too badly priced either.
Our room was quite noisy due to what we think was the dray man dropping barrels off really early and street noise was a little loud. very close to offices over roan so had to keep blinds closed.

Front desk staff so friendly and helpful (especially French man, I can't remember his name but he was great). Location is amazing, close to tower hill and st Katharine's docks. Loved that there was a separate walk in shower and a bath too.

Perfect location (next to the Tower of London), nice view from the room, amazing staff (many thanks to Jake and Mariia), room was very clean. Would definitely visit again and recommend to someone! Worth the price!

The hotel is pretty, but soulless. Feels more like staying in an empty fancy fully furnished apartment building than a welcoming , friendly hotel. The staff are pleasant, but didn't respond to queries I sent or answer the phone before my stay. Room service also didn't answer the phone.
