Pros (+) Staff very helpful. Lots of Board games and free pool available. Large apartment room for family of 3 adults. Comfortable room / bed and air-conditioning. Free WiFi
Cons (-) Room wasn't made with fresh towels. Wasn't aware we had to take them to reception to change over. Apart from that it was good and we'd stay again.

Pros (+) Nice spacious rooms with good desk space and lovely little kitchen, nice sized bathroom too, liked the lobby area, in the centre of Lille but nice and calm, perfect for a work trip
Cons (-) Stayed for one week and would have liked a freshen up halfway through; I know this was not part of the deal, but just commenting that it might be something worth bearing in mind

The rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-appointed with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Cons (-) However, I was disappointed to learn that the room was not cleaned daily. In fact, it was not serviced at all during the duration of my stay. I was unaware of this policy prior to arrival and was only informed about it at check-in. While this may be a minor inconvenience for a short stay of 2–3 days, it could become an issue for guests staying for a longer period.
