Pros (+) Very nice looking complex - the pool areas are well looked after comfortable. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with good balcony space. Staff were very friendly and always looked to help out.Good breakfast selection.
Cons (-) A couple of areas let down - like parasols beside pool not working properly and lack of seating on balcony (although there was a table and day bed). It is a bit far out from the main hub if Ao Nang but there is a fairly regular shuttle bus to the beachfront. Also, the property is situated on a hillside with some steep steps - but the concierge was always ready to take guests to the main building v...

Pros (+) Location, suite with private pool was very spacious, fantastic views from room, restaurant and pool and staff were very friendly.
