Location was fine for the town but had to walk behind hotel to get to room 304.
We left our passports in the drawer beside the bed the day we arrived. When we went to pack the evening before our flight, we noticed one of our passports was missing. We hadnt used our passports all week and the cleaners were only ones that had access to our room.
REPLACE THE ROOM LIGHT (WHITE)
Location was great. Very walkable from the hotel to downtown area, including restaurants and entertainment. Great location for going into the park. Appreciate new towels daily. Appreciated the mini bar and variety of options. The aesthetic was good. I liked the big wrap around porches and the exterior entrance to the room.
The bed was terrible. It was hard and made a terrible noise anytime someone moved. I think the sheets were the same material that wind pants were made of. The iron bed frame was impossible to lean up against and because of the foot board, nobody could sit on the end of the bed. There was not a comfortable chair to lounge in either. We were put in a room with no heat and we had to stay under the covers to remain warm. We were given an opportunity to upgrade after two days and nights of freezing. We spent our third night in a room with heat.
Original room was tiny and had no heat whatsoever. I complained to the front desk and they said a maintenance person would look into it. They did nothing but unplug the window air conditioner si it appeared they had stopped by but really did nothing to fix the heat. Limited parking Very small room and tiny en-suite No iced water dispenser in lobby No laundry facilities Inadequate storage for clothes.
Not worth the price. The sink would not drain and ac did not work. No elevator
Great location. Easy walk to everywhere in the down.
No coffee in room for price point. No heat available during our stay in room. Mini lotion bottle was used and half empty. Kinda gross. Extension cord from AC to wall was stapled and did not look safe.
Free drip coffee - espresso, etc was not free
1) uncomfortable rooms/bed 2) no natural light in room-window faced noisy hallway 3) no breakfast option 4) no airport shuttle 5) poor value for money
Hotel location is fantastic to anything in Jackson Square. Adorable coffee shop, great vibe. Nicely appointed.
The room I was assigned is a separate building behind the main one. You have to go through an alley which is not well lit at all. There is construction and a lot/house with overgrown grass and at the end garbage dumpsters for a restaurant. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable at all.
