Pros (+) The staff are very attentive and will address your concerns immediately. We were first assigned a room with a weird smell, so we requested for a new room, and they responded immediately and re-assigned us a new room. Pros (+) We are staying in the hotel not the first time and always recommend this place. Good, rooms and service are good compare to price. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants/cafe/grocery shops and big shopping center Emaar.
Cons (-) We’ve been there during the earthquake and the only thing we struggle that staff didn’t inform anyone or react that everyone needs to leave, we first time meet this situation and didn’t even understand what is going on and what to do. We recommend to teach staff how to communicate with the guests during this situation, also people was going down by elevator why they were still turned on?
