Pros (+) The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. They were more than happy to assist us with any questions we had about our stay or the city. The location is the best in the entire city. Will be staying here again!

Pros (+) Excellent location, staff were great and eager to help and provide recommendations.
Cons (-) The main building is historic so the lift is pretty small (would be difficult to get a wheelchair in it). And room 316 has only a small window that’s high up so the room does get quite dark. Everything else was lovely.

Pros (+) Amazing Location for Rome touring on foot to all the major fountains and museums. Rome is very safe in all the tourist areas. The hotel has been redone, new beds, linens, paint bathrooms and furniture. Same staff for 20 plus years, very friendly and will try their best to help you with activities, restaurants and more.
Cons (-) If you are sensitive to noise the square is a very busy attraction with musicians playing until 11pm. This was not a negative for us on this stay, but it could bother some guests.
