The Masseria is beautiful! Gardens are fantastic e and the inner decoration is very nice. Staff is extremely helpful always going out of their way to please the guests. Certainly a high. Food at the restaurant was good.
The room decoration is outdated and has no charm. Also the room is a bit small for such a large hotel outside the city. Wifi was unstable.
The restaurant served a really good, well-cooked meal and the waiter was friendly and professional.
The staff was uncommunicative and not particularly welcoming. Breakfast was served after 7.30, which was too late for us, but we did not get a discount. The room was very small and had a mouldy smell. The ground surrounding the masseria was marked by two large unfinished building projects and it bordered up to a super strada.
Beautiful and well situated hotel. Their main focus is on hosting wedding parties but outside the wedding season it’s a very nice place to stay as a traveler too. The staff is brilliant, very friendly and focused on the needs of their guests. You can tell they are experienced and enjoy their work. Breakfast was excellent.
The rooms are a bit outdated and the beds were quite hard. It took me a night to get used to them but my wife had trouble sleeping well during all of the (6) nights we stayed.
We had really a wonderful time at the Masseria. Very kind staff, very good Chef and in general it's a wonderful historical location.
Freandly staff, fine breakfast, beautiful building
Everybody at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and beautifully finished. We throughly enjoyed our short stay.
There were no dislikes everything was first class. .
Staff was so kind and helpful. Pool large and pool deck area very nice with lots of lounges and chairs. Garden areas and property very picturesque. Breakfast buffet extensive and good coffee. They made me a very nice dish of pasta for lunch for only 7.50 euros. Price was very reasonable and room and common areas spotless. Room very large and bed pretty comfy.
Rooms were a little tired (have not had any upgrades in a while) and very difficult to find any plugs to charge laptop or phone. Property is located close to a major road and there is a bit of road noise. Would be nice to offer breakfast dining outside by pool or courtyard instead of in the curtained interior room. But very good value for size of room and breakfast.
