The location worked well for walking to the Brera museum and going to restaurants in that area. The hotel was a little hard to find and reception is up one floor in the building. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we especially enjoyed the apple cake which was delicious. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful in every respect.
Great location, very nice staff. The property has only 15 rooms so it’s very cozy and familiar. Spacious room.
There are not enough outlets to charge electronic devices.
Excellent room size, style
Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, my room had a lovely patio where we could sit and spend time very comfortably, delicious breakfast. The spectacular location, everything close and safe
Everything as expected. Beautiful location. Excellent tasty breakfast. The girl Eri was so nice and very responsive, also the cleaning lady (that I don’t remember the name). Recommended!

Antica Locanda Dei Mercanti was very spacious, clean, and unique. The staff was incredibly courteous and very helpful. The breakfast we had was delicious. I loved that the hotel was so centrally located.

The location is absolutely perfect. It felt like a personal space, rather than a hotel, although there could have been a bit more attention to having things like art work and the room a little more relaxed for that vibe… It was v white and a little austere in feeling when it could have been a little more comfortable. The little kitchen area is a wonderful idea but not quite the 4star - very old it...
It’s a bit nerve wracking in the evening as to whether the front door was being released to enter. One evening i was outside for 5+ minutes trying to get in. There could be a better system for entering.Read more
It was beautifully presented with a lovely restful terrace area. The hotel is central but in a quiet area. Staff were kind, professional and able to help with our queries.
We had a lovely stay in our room which opened onto a lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the centre of Milan. The staff was very attentive and polite.
