Breakfast, room and restaurant were all amazing

Beds are infested with flees and other insects, not only in one room, but in multiple rooms.
We have been attacked by flees as the beds were all infested. Despite changing rooms, flee attacks continue in the new family room, too
We had an outstanding time at the Anna Boccali resort , the rooms are spacious , tastefully decorated with attention to details .The place is calm and behind a sunflower field , the swimming pool was great with an amazing view on the nature surrounding !! Reception welcome, use of the pool
Everything was great: comfort of the apartment, the breakfast was amazing, the concierge was incredible (thank you!) answering all our requests, the pool was bliss at the end of warm days. Looks like a remote property surrounded by sunflowers but its very close to Perugia and perfect to get away of it all while being close to the city and the highway. Also a good base to explore the surroundings.
This is really really minor... They have a very sophisticated airco system with very sensitive sensors. So if for instance the airco in the living room is on and someone opens the bathroom window, the whole system shuts down. No door can be open or the system shuts down all over.
This resort is in a lovely, quiet and peaceful location. It worked very well for us and having a restaurant attached to the property was wonderful. Our host Ejon was wonderful friendly and very helpful
Very nice resort. Our favourite accommodation from our Italian road trip. We stayed in the luxury suite which had a hot tub and was next door to the restaurant. The restaurant food was amazing and had a very good reputation, which was shown by the amount of customers who come to the resort just for dinner.
They don’t have any breakfast facilities on site which is a shame but not a big deal.
Possibly if there were a lounge/bar to relax it would be nice

Lack of bar / refreshments to purchase on site ( restaurant was closed for majority of our stay too) Rooms rather hot in August as unable to leave air con on when not in the apartment
