First class hotel big room great gym area fabulous breakfast secure free parking kind staff comfortable bed clean
Breakfast was ok nothing special. For a 5 star they should at least had fresh orange juice. At the end of the day we did get breakfast to go 😊
Staff at the desk not very responsive when we called the front desk and when I asked about laundry for my stained shirt because I was going to a wedding, I was told that they didn’t have laundry for me. For a 5 star hotel, it should have been available.
The hotel located near to the centrum.
It takes 1 hour to check in and get the keys 😒 for taking deposit the receptionist writes down all the information from bank card, including CVV number, what is illegal in Europe, so I has to block my card and order a new one after staying in this hotel 😕
Great location, very clean and modern hotel. Spacious rooms and the fact that they offer free underground private parking is excellent
The staff în the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The facility is lovely and clean.
There was no hot water and no air conditioning! We asked the staff to please take care of the problems and they would not. Our room was so hot we couldn't sleep. We asked 3 times for them to do something and nothing. Terrible hotel, do not recommend. Definitely NOT 5 stars!!!
The location was perfect, the breakfast Is fine.
The wellness is extremely small. There are only four beds. The sauna and the jacuzzi didn't work properly.
Fitness&Wellness area are too small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast can be richer. I missed for example a fresh juice & the Prosecco. Coffee Automat was crowded.
Parking inside, quiet and located in the city centre.
High amount of Guarantee blocked for bar consumption, compared to the value of products.
Staff was excellent, very professional and polite. Room was clean. The spa was ok ( jacuzzi is a bit lacking ) Breakfast was good.
Be warned, even if you pay in advance for your room a guarantee sum will be needed at checkin ( aprox 60 eu ). This sum will be returned to you after checkout. Room was set at 21.9 c and even though there is a panel to set room tempeture, we could not raise is higher. Room had no closet, not a huge issue, as our stay was only for one night, but it could be an issue if you plan to stay longer.
