1st, when enter,the toilet has a strong smell of pee with sticky floor, second,the room lift is quite far from lobby,the reception gave me the key card that doesnt work,thirdly,when sitting at the wood platform at the beach,security asking “are you stay here” but didnt ask others,maybe because there were not Malay,overall experience was terrible

Friday night buffet
Room was quite good. It was as it is given in the photo that I saw on the booking web site.
Breakfast was not good. There was no honey, butter, or banana for two days. Generally local tests were serviced and I did not like those meals. It was waste of money to have breakfast at this hotel.
Everything, the first impression was in the lobby during check in i felt really welcoming. all the environment was exceptional, good amenities, the pool was really2 amazing.
i wish the hotel have toilet with bidet.

Very nice and modern hotel; nice and cozy rooms; great stuff; great and huge breakfast; nice pool; nice view; directly connected to the beach; everything was great; there is even a shuttle bus to George Town and Ferringhi Bay everyday for free. Very great experience overall!
The hotel is a bit out of the city why you need to walk a bit to visit restaurants etc. We actually liked it because it was a nice walk after hanging around at the pool the entire day.

Airconditioning could have been colder. The second main restaurant was closed certain hours. We missed breakfast that ended at 10:30 am and couldn’t order a cheese pizza until after 2:00 pm though the previous day we had pizza at 12:30 pm. The hotel is modern with all rooms offering sea view. The rooms are comfortably furnished; equipped with good bedding. Sound insulation is poor and noise from neighbours and from cars passing can be heard. Food was generally bland. I expected more from a 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet consisted mostly of Malay food but the preparation lacked professionalism and inspiration. No food stall/restaurant nearby the hotel. Need to order thru Grab (limited choices) or go out somewhere.
