Thermostat in room did not work
Communication was great, we were contacted after the booking that the cave bath is closed. They offered several solutions to sort this issue. Nice hotel with an excellent sized room and decor. The style was chosen carefully and with great taste. The interior designer Lilla Gyűrűsi made an inspiring environment. There is room for improvement during the breakfast i.e no black tea or lean ham. The options were good quality and delicious but limited.Read more
We really enjoyed the size of the room, the spa facilities. All around the hotel had a nice atmosphere and tasteful decorations. The dining experiance and food presentation was exceptional.
We had dirty glassware in our room upon arriving,as well as dirty cutlery on the table I would prove the selection of dinner option e.g. salad. We couldn't enjoy the cave pool as it was under renovation. No covered smoking space. The pool water felt cold,and the jacuzzi was always crowded.
Everything was great! It find exceeded my expectations, it was way beyond that!
Great SPA facility and sauna seance, attentive staff, nice interior, fine food, overall very pleasant stay.
A glass of wine would have been nice to be included with the dinner. Missed some fruits and sweets from the breakfast.
Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of the Tokaj wine region. Amazing spa, great food, helpful staff and really good wine.
Like many good hotels in Hungary, it is unfortunately owned by the Prime Minister’s son in law.
The building and rooms (very spacious )are nice, cave pool in Spa as well. Would like to specially thank the tall waiter in restaurant and his blond colleague with glasses (did not see their names). Spoke English, very attentive to our baby as well-job well done. As well as the manicure lady and Monday/Thursday guy in spa-he really did care about comfort. Location is nice but better for warm month...
Well the hotel prides itself to be 5 stars but there are key details that disappointed us. First of all, when you check official rating 5stars hotel should have a valet parking, butler, doorman. None of these were present, which resulted in me carrying our luggage and opening the doors (fix the handle) for myself, while 2 guys at reception stared me like I was a second coming on Jesus. Fantastic experience from start to finish! I almost don't want to leave a review and keep this place a secret ;) From the welcome drink to our departure, everything was really enjoyable. It is very difficult to find a luxurious place that is also family-friendly, but this hotel ticks all the boxes.
