Pros (+) The place is very clean and has a modern design. The communication beforehand was very easy, as I requested a late check-in after midnight.
Cons (-) The showers for the dormitory are claustrophobic. The dorms are too tiny for the amount of beds. The ladders for the upper bunk bed are difficult to climb, even for a tall person. The air circulation in the dorms wasn’t good either

Pros (+) It was my second time in Andor and I enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were really comfortable and well-maintained. And the people who work there were lovely :)
Cons (-) The only thing I didn’t like is that there was no special smoking zone in the yard, so people were smoking right under my windows day and night.

Pros (+) Staying not for a first time, but first time I got the single room not the bunk bed. Great place to stay, small but comfortable room.
Cons (-) The only drawback is probably that there is no elevator. But this is the issue of many homes you will stay in Yerevan

Pros (+) Very clean, very comfortable. There even is a coworking space.
Cons (-) If you expect to use a kitchen there then you're wrong. But it's not such a problem as you got basic stuff you need for eating the food you brought and 24/7 hot water for tea and coffee

Pros (+) Great, cozy place with shared kitchen, co-working place. All newly built, room that we had was with a balcony with a view on Ararat mountain. Staff was very kind, allowed us to check in earlier.
