We arrived early after a 14 hour overnight flight exhausted and asked if we could check in early however our room wasn't ready so we left our bags and off we went and came back several hours later ten minutes prior to check in and were told our room still wasn't ready and please take a seat. Stylish and comfortable hotel and great service. It is clear they have thought out the whole way of providing an enjoyable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Really close to the main station and a nice quiet area.
Fabulous breakfast and constantly replenished. Loved the (complimentary) wine get-togethers in the evening. Staff were super helpful with any and all queries. Eco friendly.
We were in a loft room that was fine for us but could be tricky to navigate around bed space with limited mobility. No real faults from us, we loved it.

Very central. Loved the decoration of room and public areas. Nespresso machine in public area available all day.
Issue with the room which wasn’t really sorted and spoke twice regarding the issue. Room very small. Good for up to two nights but nothing more than this as little storage space and nowhere to relax in room.
Perfect location to explore Copenhagen, super close to the train station and all very safe. Comfortable room, good size, all very clean and good breakfast.
Proximity from the central station going to the hotel is A+. Transportation wise, the hotel is situated on the perfect spot. Good selection of food for the buffet breakfast, staff were accommodating during our stay. The guy receptionist and guy handman helped us a lot during our mishap on our travel.
Hotel room is small, old furnitures. One staff was rude. Everyone was struggling in navigating the coffee machine resulting to delay in getting coffee. Someone asked one of the staff, but it seemed she was not very helpful at all.
I loved the location, friendly staff with welcoming hospitality overall. Breakfast was excellent, I couldn’t have chance to join the wine tasting hours.
