Pros (+) This is a beautiful place! We absolutely loved staying here. The room was spacious and beautiful. The view was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond at all times. There are many restaurants/bars in the hotel as well as they have a complimentary "happy hour" every day with snacks and drinks. They even have a tunnel to the subway station beneath the hotel. You will not regret booking here!
Cons (-) We asked to have laundry service, and they did not disclose the price until after it was done. It was VERY expensive. We should have asked before we sent it off to be done but we didn't imagine it would be over $300!

Pros (+) Property is beautiful. People are lovely. Staff was fantastic across the board.
Cons (-) The cost of amenities at the hotel are more poised to extort rich people who are posh to be posh and don’t care about money. It is not worth it if you are cosplaying rich as despite spending ~$8000 on 2 rooms I still got slapped with a $1200 bill while leaving which I still need to sit down and make sense of. The drinks and room service ordered should’ve equated to around 120k yen. I’ll take it on...
