The staff are very polite and very helpful. Justin at front desk made my check in very smooth and pleasant. It was my 5th time stay at Andaz and i can’t wait to stay there again

Everything. Very convenient to go around the Galaxy compound. Amazing facilities too. Staff is very courteous and happy to assist every time.
We loved everything but we’d like to suggest a shuttle heading to the other side of the road since Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian are also good tourist destinations.

They full hotel dose not goes with Apple Pay .. as I forgot my wallet in hongkong I booked there for a day .. asked to pay by Apple Pay .. but no solution.. the small supermarket do takes Apple Pay .. but a 5 five star hotel dose not

Super clean, very modern hotel, nice facilities.
Careful, the waterpark is not on the hotel. You need to get a bus to get there. All the outside pools on the photos are on other hotel. The hotel is always super cold, ac working non stop, even on breakfast, it was freezing.
Service was top notched at this hotel and it exceeded my expectation. From the moment we stepped in we were taken care of all the way until we checked out. We were brought to the lobby for check in once we stepped into the hotel. At the lobby , there were free flow welcome drinks and snacks like the famous almond cookies and nice sofa seats to relax.
