Overall nice property with renovated and well equipped rooms. The view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant staff is well trained, reception not so much it seemed.
I can't understand how a 5 star hotel can have the pool and spa for an extra charge. Asking for a late check out was a problem from their side. I know its based on availability, but 30 mins couldnt harm them and they were forcing the check out for 11:30, when on booking.com is says 12:00. Need to soften these rules.
It was ok. Amazing breakfast and kind stuff. Big comfortable bed and spacious room (and bathroom) also really well equipped.
The construction of the building seems "cheap" with bad quality and a lot of details which still need to be done. (Cables, holes on wall and floor, stairs...) Also the outside a lot of cables and tubes and other stuff laying around. (Something that is not compatible with a 5 star hotel). Clean hotel, great breakfast selection and very tasty dinner at the restaurant with great service as well. A very nice view facing the mountains.
TERRIBLE service at spa - total SCAM, disrespect + ARROGANT and OFFENSIVE receptionist morning of check out - 23 October. When we came at spa at 6 pm we were told that we are not allowed to enter and come back at 8 pm so we can use pool up till it closes at 9 pm. the hotel is placed on a hill, a 7 minute drive from the main road. They view is GORGEOUS. The restaurant on the top floor is very nice, we ate lunch and dinner there, it as very good.
The room itself is nice but doesnt have that luxury feel like the entire hotel has. The room feels a bit old and not maintained properly. The towels were stiff and you can see they were from different companies. The water pressure was poor.
Loved the location, the view was wow. The staff so polite, the pool and restaurant and bar were very well kept and good food and service. we loved it. Great hotel for couples but also very family friendly.
The rooms need some work, at least the ones we stayed in. They need an update, better beds, sheets and some work in the bathroom. It is not 5 stars level, but it can get there easily.
The restaurant and pool facilities are amazing. The breakfast and the staff were exceptional. Awesome views best place in Trikala.
The rooms are dated and need upgrading. The beds are tired and the pillows are too firm. This is our fourth day at the Property we were advised last year that the property was being renovated though only the pool area and restaurant were done. The infinity pool looks amazing, the view there is great
Very nice swimming pool with an incredible view. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The room had a nice balcony with a view. It is very close to the meteores, very accessible with a car. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect.

The facilities and rooms were generally good and roomy. The pool was lovely and clean.
We have been coming to Ananti for the last 4 years. We noticed a decline in the service we received. Probably due to the fact they had a chess tournament and the place was overcrowded and the restaurants and bar was way too busy and loud for the other paying guests. The hotel had comfortable facilities. Design is modern and the location has all you need.
The service is below the line. After the hotel had been booked we have received the message that during our stay there is a party in the hotel which may cause noise.
