The staff were amazing. Especially Khangan from concierge team - he showed exceptional professionalism and hotel service at its best. All the staff were very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The gardens/greenery were lovely. Could almost have been in Asia!
The food/menu choice at The Beach House was quite basic. It is however an amazing setting and the staff were excellent.
The sauna
I didn t like that i hd to purchase extra the herbs for sauna I didn t like there was jo cold water in showers, it was hot however we rotate the handle I din t like there was no cold room for the men and inly women had cold water I didn t like that you cut 1/3 of your beach with net
Everything was perfect but the mattress was to soft apart from that everything about my weekend was perfect

Every thing but the food. The staff is amazing. Very kind, comforting, helpful.
The food is terrible. At the beach, at the main beach restaurant and at breakfast. I mean how can you fail a hot dog? How can you offer dry and old croissants for breakfast. The list goes on.
The private Pool
Some times I had to call more than once to get a service.
The entire resort was incredible. The team made us feel very welcome. I have to give a special mention to Jay, who was in charge of our stay at the Villa. He made contact before we arrived to check if we needed anything on. During the stay, he contacted us to make sure we were doing ok and to assist with dinner plans. He also assisted us with the checkout process. He definitely went the extra mile...

Little Thailand in Dubai. You are experiencing both not one!
The place is amazing quiet . Mr. Jay assisted us since the moment we booked our villa till we reached our country. His support made our stay memorable.
I think there should be a dress code for people who want to use the beach because it is in front our villa .
