Any staff member I interacted with has always greeted me with a smile, been helpful with anything I needed help with, always opened the front doors for me when coming/leaving the property, etc. The room itself was gorgeous and spotless. House cleaning came by regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. All amenities ...

Pros (+) Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was incredibly comfortable, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel! Really spacious rooms, lovely staff and a great pool area. Easy to access tourist attractions by Grab or the train.
Cons (-) It’s a tiny bit far from everything, though Bangkok is massive so overall easy to get everywhere.

Pros (+) We have been regular visitors at the hotel from the time this used to be the four season property. Great location / wonderful feel however the property is getting a bit dated - while it was raining noticed a few water drips in the galleries - also it would be great if the concierge can keep a good listing of halal friendly restaurants for the Muslim guests
