Opulent baroque style interior. Imposing palace building. Nice interior, fabulous lifts that look In keeping with the building itself. The white inner courtyard/ atrium is a nice contrast to the baroque cafe on the left wing.
The pool /spa facilities were out of order both days I was trying to go. The sauna was too cold (about 40-50C). It was a major disappointment.

Location
Stunning building and large comfortable room and bathroom. Lots of lovely toiletries. Air conditioning appreciated. Staff all lovely. Breakfast choice huge and served in fabulous surroundings.
The location is quite gritty - fine if that’s what you want but it’s a fair walk to the smarter area by or over the river
Everything was wonderful. Breakfast, staff, room, spa, location. We left very early morning and got a decent takeaway sandwiches, fruits and juices to go.

The staff was very friendly. Nice location and building.
The bedroom was small and very, very noisy. I am a member of the leading hotels of the world and they have mentioned they were fully booked, so I had to stay 3 nights in room 203.
