Extremely expensive laundry and massage therapy and we found much more professional on the street.
modern, new resort on a large, well-kept area. excellent, very comfortably furnished rooms. very pleasant pools, comfortable sunbathing areas. the beach, despite significant low tides and a large number of crabs - one of the best on the island. sensational views. very good cleaning service, rooms and surroundings kept impeccably clean.
1. a very large group of staff at the reception and in the restaurants does not mean the quality of service. maybe it's a matter of knowledge of English, maybe it's a matter of insufficient training, I don't think it's a matter of bad will, but every request at the reception, order at a restaurant or bar is associated with uncertainty whether the request will be fulfilled. a drink may never reach ...Read more

The service, villa, food, activities, spa, views around the resort were nothing short of 5 star. Touch, our villa host, was also wonderful, making our trip all the more perfect. We will be back soon !
Pool is amazing. Breakfast is great with amazing variety. Room we had really had amazing views.
Some guests have a real sense of arrogance. Almost had a fight with a French man who shouted at my girlfriend aggressively as he had allegedly reserved the table we sat at (though there were no signs).
The massage at the spa was amazing. I also had a massage right on the sun loungers by the beach—such a great experience! Lunch and dinner at the beach restaurant were also excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And the view from the balcony? Absolutely breathtaking!
The breakfasts don’t even meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. It’s really necessary to hire a skilled chef who can delight guests with proper omelets and delicious scrambled eggs. Mine was absolutely terrible. And waiting around 40 minutes for scrambled eggs with basil was just unacceptable.
The resort looks green everywhere, beautiful plants and flowers, The hotel is designed to blend in with nature very well, making you feel like you are in the middle of nature! The room was beautiful and spacious. The beach was also very nice. The staff were warmly welcoming and made us feel special.
