Amazing staying
There is nothing I don’t like everything was so noce
Very high end design and multiple pools and restaurants
Very few spaces that had air conditioning.

Everyday was wedding party and unbelievable noisy. Gym equipment was very old and nothing really to use
The staff, facilities, food, everything on point. Loved the premises Hygienic We managed to upgrade our rooms (to two bedroom villa) during checkin at reasonable rates, and seamless assistance provided by Mr. Ishara.

When we booked the hotel, we knew that with the Anantara chain, there are no mistakes. Then we arrived at the hotel and were disappointed to find that, for the first time, the hotel really did not live up to expectations. Breakfast Buffet was really nice
The Pricing of Dinner Buffet way above market rates bring down slightly the value for money element Pricing a Thai sit down meal dinner with Thai chefs at Rs.29,500/- per person was unjustified and way above value for money criteria. An excellent hotel with outstanding service. Nothing we asked about was ever ignored or declined. The staff we t above and beyond to support us in having an excellent holiday. It was our wedding anniversary and both of our children‘s birthdays when we were there and they pulled out all the stops for each celebration. The only very small things that could be improved is stronger fans in the restaurant as it was incredibly hot and when anything needed to be sent to the room like food or bath salts it seemed forgotten or took a very long time (over an hour). Important to note that there is no beach which might not appeal to some people.Read more
-beautiful grounds -exceptional staff -top quality food -adults only pool is quite and amazing -The Italian & Thai restaurants are brilliant
-location is a bit far out if your planning day trips out of the resort, but perfect if you are coming here just to relax -we booked an ‘ocean view room & were given a garden view room. Very limited rooms with an actual sea view - however we did get our room changed (book room 317) and although we had to wait a few hours for the room to be cleaned- we were given lunch whist we waited

A lot of mosquitoes, can do more to get rid of them.
Very green environment. Tasteful breakfast. Lots of offered activities for kids. Safe beach at the oceanside. Friendly staff willing to help.
Lagoon View Room was critically harmful for my quiet and peaceful sleep: 1) mosque is just opposite across the lagoon; 2) hotel staff does not care about sleep of visitors and start transporting dishes on the trays across corridor at 05:00 AM; 3) rooms 243 and 244 are close to technical room (AC, washing machine) and low-frequency noise easily penetrates through the room, especially during the nig...Read more
