There is no beach to walk on
Very beautiful hotel with lots and lots of trees. All gardens are well maintained, and it is the best part of this property. Staffs are excellent and super friendly.
The gigantic bed. The amenities in the room, including the capsule coffee maker, plenty of water bathrobe and fluffy slippers. The staff was kind accommodating an early check out as we were heading back to Bangkok. They prepared breakfast boxes and coffee. Which as very handy. The original room we had was infested with mosquitos so many we had to ask for a change. The room was on the ground floor and also rather dark even in day time. It was a bit disappointing how the staff responded to the situation at first. The resort covers big piece of land. Big pool. Many restaurants. The room has been renovated. Clean and new.
The service staff at the breakfast. 2 staff men in makeup. They are arrogant. When I ask when the gluten free bread is, he just points the direction with a very rude gesture. Another one carries a plate with fruits on walking to serve a customer and he wants me to stop and give him the way. Oh!!! I have never encountered this rudeness in high-end hotels/resorts

stay three nights housekeepers not using vacuum cleaner although requested on the phone still ignore. while doing booking mentioned is Wedding anniversary but final show on the bed decoration Happy birthday.. laundry missing jacket rope and lucky i have been checked and asking assistance finally next day return.
Food and drinks are to expensive. There is a towel rack missing in the bathroom.
Best hotel I have ever stayed in ! I can’t even describe how magical was our experience in the Anantara Hua Hin. room was quite tired and not as clean as I would have expected Restaurant was very expensive for the quality of food presented as were the wines House keeping not great, previously used vanity kit still in bathroom upon my arrival check in staff with make up bags on reception when I checked in pool area quite crowded ordering lunch at pool cafe was hopelessly slow. Obviously not enough staff
The minute I arrived, I was impressed by the service, hospitality and delightful facilities. What a beautiful location on the Gulf of Thailand. Lemon who was managing the front desk was very delightful and helpful. I then had a 24-hour flu stomach virus and Ray at the front desk was so helpful in helping me be delivered to the hospital and was checking with me regularly, along with other staff to ...
Nothing I didn't like. They even have a tennis court and basketball court.Read more
