Nice staff! We got a room upgrade for stroller access.
Most rooms and some areas of the hotel do not have easy access for a stroller.

The landscaping of the property is incredible! Something you don’t see every day. Location is very convenient. Hotel service is very kind with great manners. We had a problem with the AC and in three minutes they sent someone to solve the problem and fix it.
Couple of points that I think can take the place to the next level: First, better service in the pool and the beach - we couldn’t find anyone to order drinks. Second food quality at the pool is OK , also coffee at breakfast while they do serve espresso base drinks there is a clear lack of training of how to make a decent cup of coffee, which is quite essential for a five star hotel. We loved the hotel and the location, the staff were so professional and friendly, we took Thay boxing class and the teacher was very good! You can’t beat the location, walking distance to the Fisherman Village! Plus the hotel has many restaurant options with good food! The spa is beautiful! The attention to detail thought out the hotel is impressive. We had a great time!
The only comment would be the stairs to our room, which was on the 3rd floor. But it was minor.
We loved our stay here. Loved the Thai influence of the hotel and the gardens and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Location perfect with easy stroll to Fisherman’s Village. Entertainment options great throughout the week.
It is a very busy hotel which really does cater for families and kids. We stayed during a very busy time and for a smallish hotel layout there were just too many kids around the pool and some being left in rooms unsupervised causing a lot of noise. We’d try for another time of year next time.

This hotel is truly stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens, mature grounds, and breathtaking architecture that exudes timeless elegance. The service was exceptional, with great attention to detail. Many members of the staff were genuinely kind and warm-hearted, making me feel truly welcomed and well cared for.
There were too many children around, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere by the pool. The hotel would greatly benefit from having a dedicated adults-only pool area, offering guests a true sense of tranquility and relaxation
You should be aware that hotel is full of kids.
Superb rooms, excellent service, great pool, wonderful (the best ever) spa area and services. They even have a "hospitality room" if late check-out is not possible, you can privately relax, have a coffee, and take a shower there. Getting a car rental or organizing a day trip could not be more convenient.
Maybe, just maybe their other Koh Samui location has a better beach, this one was okay but not great.
The property was beautiful and in an excellent location for those who like it lively. The breakfast was nice but not amazing
