The convenient location, and the outdoor areas of the property; it is only a few minutes walking from Firostefani square and an easy hike to Fira, and the little courtyard is beautiful.

This was perhaps the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The view of the caldera is amazing. There were many places to sit outside and every one of them had a fantastic view. There was a great jacuzzi, plus AC, and Wifi. The location was perfect because it wasn't as insanely busy as other places on the island and yet we had access to great restaurants and shops. The location was excellent. Close enough to walk to hustle and bustle of Firo but far enough away to be more peaceful. The views were absolutely stunning!!!! Gorgeous views and great location.
Property is not accessible via car so there is a lengthy walk to get luggage to the villa and there is no staff to help. For the rates we paid there should be more amenities. The villa was not cleaned regularly. Our last day the beds were not even made and the kitchen was not restocked (coffee pods, paper towels etc.) When we turned the shower on, it smelled like rotten eggs. It was perfectly located and the views of the caldera were AMAZING. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was perfect for 3 couples. The property manager, Deena was very welcoming and informative.
The beds were too firm and the main bedroom bed slats creaked. The main area heating and AC controls were sluggish to respond. There were not enough paper products for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
