Pros (+) The staff were amazing. The facilities were on point. I will be back.
Cons (-) I feel that if they reopen the on site restaurant it would make this the perfect hotel. Also the number of English speaking tv channels are very limited.

Cons (-) Location was a bit far from Chang mai central however you can get Grabs/Bolts which are relatively cheap and are very quick in dropping and picking up .

The hotel looks great along with its facilities. I stayed during the early days of “burning season” so it’s a bit quiet. The room is very spacious and clean however the shower heater should be checked since it’s not working properly and I had a difficult time for a hot bath. Pros (+) The property is clean, smells good throughout our stay. The pool is amazing and so are the staff. Only downside is there's no restaurant at the hotel, but you can order food online if you just want to stay in. We even extended one night just to chill at the pool and relax.
Cons (-) It's a bit far from the old town but the quiet, relaxing vibe made up for it. If I can add a suggestion, the room needs hooks for hanging wet towels, clothes etc.
