The grounds and rooms are stunning . The food is great, and the staff are so helpful. Such a stunning property built in amongst the trees and plants and river . We didn’t leave the property, just chose to stay here to unwind, and it was perfect!
Nothing not to like
Beautiful hotel. Excellent food.
Kids. Kids everywhere. You cannot call yourself a retreat if you are a crèche.
The property was exceptional. The staff were incredible. They were accommodating to my dietaries and exceeded expectations.
The retreat is beautiful, the design and decor gorgeous. The staff are really good and want to make your experience perfect The river view with pool is worth the money the rooms are stunning Linh the butler was exceptional, so was really proactive and precise is the service offered absolutely fantastic, she even checked on you on her days off
It’s hard to do a trip because of the hotels location outside of town then won’t pick you up and as a solo traveller a private trip was about $250 dollars But because the retreat was so special I was happy to finish my holiday this way and the speedboat into town only took 25 mins which was a great way to see the Saigon river
Room decor and size, room terrace on the river, boat shuttle, restaurant on the river
Overall feel a bit “theme park” ; description of what a river view room is was completely inaccurate (zero views) and we had to upgrade the room and pay more; butler service was unnecessary and staff overwhelmingly asking about our plans and moves all the time. Not good if you are an independent traveler.

Had the most relaxing stay with the best service by all staff but I must make a special mention to Linh for being one of the best receptionists I've ever had the privilege of being hosted by. She's professional, attentive, and a sweet and kind all-rounder. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and our stay perfect. Thank you!

Stylish rooms. just as depicted. Private balcony aspect. Pleasant dinning room overlooking the river. Good standard of food throughout. Great personal complimentary hotel motor boat launch into the city in the evening. Special thanks to Tran who was most kind throughout & posted on a personal item left in the room to our next hotel in another part of the country
No problems. A few of the outdoor furniture perhaps ready to replace. Although a hidden sanctuary within. The approach requires a bit of faith as the access road is untidy, litter strewn
Top notch service and facilities. Staff were extremely attentive. Our room - garden view with pool was a great size and 5-star furnishings.
It’s a fair drive from the city/District 1 if you’re wanting to explore. We had already spent a few days in Saigon centre so this was perfect to unwind.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were taken care of every step of the way. Our butler was Lynh, and she's was unbelievable amazing throughout every moment of our trip. This was our first trip to Vietnam and she made it such an amazing experience. We were able to count on her to setup everything for us from bookings, to coordinating and more. They're lucky to have her!
