I did not want to leave and will definitely be returning in the near future. The butler service was amazing and the villa itself is stunning

We had a fantastic stay. Huong was an amazing host and we had the most relaxing time which was exactly what we needed. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay as memorable as possible. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we loved the view from our tree top villa.
The steps to our tree top villa got very slippery in the rain. It would also have been nice if the rubbish on the side of the road along the walk along the bay heading south east was cleaned up.
We spent 5 days in Beachfront Villa. The location, the house is amazing, direct link to the beach and nature. The hotel and our hosts are super kind, they did everithing for us to enjoy these wonderful days. Fantasctic resort!
Staff were incredible, made such a difference to the whole experience. Especially Pham Thuy who picked us up from the airport and also helped us check out the airport, she was so beautiful and helpful which made the experience 10x worth it and much better! Food, facilities, cleaning service, entertainment, room amazing!

Hung, our concierge, was incredible. He was kind, responsive, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was - undoubtedly - the reason for our exceptional experience. He was always thinking 2 steps ahead of us, and our entire experience was seamless. We had nothing to worry about the entire time.
Bao our butler was fabulous!
A lot! From the moment we got in the speedboat to the island, it didn’t look seaworthy and a good 30 minute journey. This is a very remote setting, so in bad weather there is nowhere to go. No British TV channels or Netflix. No pool bar and bar above restaurant closed throughout our stay. Nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink without eating.
