The hotel is incredibly clean and well attended. The rooms are nice and full of amenities. The location is great (right next to an MRT entrance). The breakfast is varied (choose from one of two very nearby restaraunts). The staff are simply wonderful - taking care of every need before you even ask them to, and making sure the stay is pleasant.
The location was great. We were greeted upon arrival with a cold brew tea, and the staff were very helpful and kind.
The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel has a lot of character.
Our room was too small and I didn't like the steps in the room.
The staff members are exceptional. Very prompt in dealing with guests requests, and always in a friendly and helpful manner. The hotel location is superb and the facilities captivating within their historical context
Great location, I much preferred being here, it didn't feel too city like. Plenty of bars/places to eat within walking distance but not too overwhelming.
Interesting and historical. Very tidy. Easy to access.

the location was great next to MRT and short walk to other locations as well. Like the boutique feel of the hotel

Loved the bowl in the bathroom and the location was good to explore China town Loved the little museum Staff were outstanding very helpful and full of chat - lovely staff
Was a little noisy but we managed to sleep well It was a Saturday night though

Air condition was very noisy I couldn’t sleep the room was too small and breakfast not enough.. For the price and money I paid I expected much better. It. Was not a 4 star hotel maybe 2,1/2 or 3 stars.. not value for money at all
