The property was just beautiful and staff was just on top of everything. Loved the rooms with beautiful view. Highly recommend it.
I loved everything. The rooms were beautiful and cozy. Peaceful. The grounds were amazing from the swim up bar to the restaurant, even the waiting area up front.
Everything about the experience was over the top! No complaints. The accommodations were fantastic and staff were excellent. They were very friendly and accommodating. And everywhere we went we were greeted with a smile and friendly, "Buenos Dias! ".

Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the property. Flawlessly designed casita in the middle of the rain forest. Top notch facilities. Beautiful private hiking trails. The best hotel I’ve stayed at hands down.

There was not a single thing I did not like. If something didn’t work out or we needed an accommodation, the staff did their best to meet our expectations, and often surpassed them. Our hotel room did run out of hot water in the morning, but a call to the receptionist fixed that issue within 5 minutes.Read more
What an amazing place in the middle of the rain forest. High quality throughout. We enjoyed the unobstructed view on the Volcano.
