Perfect location in the middle of the old quarter. Good value. Fantastic staff always ready with help and a smile.
Hard to fault.
It was mine and my boyfriends first time in Vietnam (we’re a young couple travelling for a few months), and we were a bit nervous about booking accommodation as we found reviews to be very 50/50 on a lot of hotels. The WiFi wasn’t great so we used data most of the time and we were woken up at early hours by loud families and cleaners. For the price we paid we don’t think this should prevent anyone from booking!Read more
Friendly staff, great service, and location!
The hotel was very central in the Old Town, which was great for getting around, but it also comes with noise. The Junior suite was spacious. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were very helpful.
We had to change rooms 3 times over our stay. We had a junior suite and in my opinion the best room to stay in was 801. It took us till almost the end of our stay to be in a room that was functioning correctly.
Centrally located in old quarter
Staff is very helpful and nice. Room was specious, but the bathroom was tiny and not even a shelf to put your bathroom belongings.
The area of old quarter is very noisy and crowded, was not very comfortable.
Property is at the city center near the Night market. So that was a good point. The staff is extremely helpful and go beyond to make your stay good.
Rooms are very small, this is the biggest pain point. If they try to put an extra bed there is hardly any space to walk. Breakfast is limited. Lift is small and makes you wait for long time. Some of the tour recommeded by staff are not good, better book your own tours. For the same money there were bigger rooms available at bigger hotels.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, although it was much smaller than we had expected. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom, while clean, was quite small. The open shower design, without a door, caused water to spread across the floor, which was a bit inconvenient.
We tried the breakfast once but found it underwhelming. The breakfast room was small, windowless, and very warm, and the food itself was just average.
Nice hotel. But wouldn’t stay in old quarter again!
Put my bags in the wrong minibus to Halong bay! Luckily got my suitcase back!
