Great location and friendly, helpful staff
Woken up by construction hammering and construction work.
Very nice small hotel in the north of the old town and therefore close to the bus station where the airport bus stops. I really liked the room, it was spacious and had every home comfort I needed! Especially thankful to lily & Kayla (if I remember correctly) who helped me sort a SIM card & atm & everything I needed. Solo female traveller, felt very safe! Breakfast was very yummy and free aswell!
NOTHING!!!!! It’s all fab!
Front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, rooms were clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable! Central to all the best shops, restaurants, and cafes!
Excellent central location, boutique. Lovely breakfast and AMAZING staff, especially Hayley on reception and Lily on travel. Happy smiling lovely people.
Location was perfect for exploring the old quarter. Staff were very attentive, special mention to Lily who warmly welcomed us on arrival, helped us settle into Hanoi (having never been before) & booked our Nimh Bin tour.
Loved it, from the second we walked in the staff were so friendly and the place was immaculate. Very comfortable bed and good shower to boot, it was great to come into such a cool clean building after a day out in the city
Beautiful hotel and incredibly clean throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. So glad we chose to stay here!
Wish the pool bar had some shade as it was super hot up there but that’s the only thing I could thing of
Amazing location. Brilliant and helpful staff (particularly Tracy). Cool terrace/bar at the top.
Some (if not all double rooms) have no windows, so if you're a bit claustrophobic that's a thing to be considered. Breakfast is average.
Central and not too large. We like smaller.
